A beautiful book and, of course, amazing lyrics. Give the child in your life a little bit of rock and roll history. And it has a CD. I always give this as a new born gift...for future delight.
This gorgeous book was a birthday gift for a just-turned 8 year-old little girl. The illustrations were gentle. The enclosed CD was a beautiful addition.I have been a fan of Bob Dylan since the 60's. His messages always had meaningful insights. And they are relevant today.
This book is beautiful. The illustrations are absolutely stunning. However, with that said, I would not consider it a children's book. The subject matter of this song is probably a little over most children's heads, and the book does not help clear it up. I do not mean this negatively, but I do think that this book would be more understood and appreciated by a mature audience. With that being said, the quality is amazing and the cd is an added bonus. Must have for every Dylan fan, young or old...
